Troubleshooting Node Bs RXI and RNC using Moshell scripts. Provide expertise on IP RAN implementation for A-bis over IP, R-PMO lub over IP and lu over IP. Provide in-depth knowledge and experience in UTRAN Network to help with Northbound Integration IuCs, IuPs, Iur (towards MGW, SGSN, MSC, RNC) of RNCs 3820 and 3810.  Responsible for  RXI integration to Utran Network by upgrading RNC/RXI and Node Bs from P5 to P6, to P7 then to W10B and W11B. Provide technical expertise on ATND/ IP RAN design and QoS deployment on 3G Network. Make minor or major changes to design according to need. Integrate Node Bs 3000 and 6000 from RNC perspective. Use Moshell to check network status, change and update RNC and RBS parameters, write MO scripts to perform batch process and also create MOBATCH scripts to perform tasks on multiple number of Node Bs. Use PERL/shell scripts for daily tasks.

Requirements:

Provide technical expertise for Operations Support Systems (OSS) and Ericsson Multi Mediation (EMM) in the support, commissioning, integration and testing, troubleshooting, project coordination, documentation, reporting and monitoring of telecom infrastructure manufacturer such Ericsson GSM/WCDMA/LTE. Write scripts using Perl and SH, KSH under Unix to process data to help troubleshoot, improve reliability of the system, reduce costs of support and service quality for customers. Conduct integration and troubleshooting of RNC/MSC/MGW/SCP/GGSN/Netexpert nodes in a part connected to OSS data flow and monitoring.  Monitor and coordinate, if necessary, with network equipment vendors to provide technical support and upgrade their software systems.

Provide technical expertise and leadership in the capacity of a subject matter expert to local engineers by providing training on OSS release requirements and features. Design and develop procedures and software to help support and troubleshoot vendor OSS issues.

Create OSS and EMM Perl/shell scripts to fix different OSS/EMM and Solaris issues and run 24x7systems health check in order to decrease outage time and improve QoS. Write CGI/PERL web based scripts to process data from OSS servers to provide as statistic and troubleshooting information about OSS systems

 Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical, Electronic Communications or Radio Systems engineering; advanced degree preferred

Alarm identification and troubleshoot of Motorola SC4812 BTS Series and Nokia UMTS Flexi BTS equipment.  Duties also include site inspection and quality audit of deployed  RF network equipment, antenna setting verification using Andrew ATC2000 and RFS RET2022 software, T1 testing and troubleshooting and feeder sweep testing using Anritsu Analyzer; functional call testing of circuit and packet switch; SMS and Handover testing.  RF Drive testing of deployed network to measure KPIs, investigate  HO failures and Drop Call issues. This position requires nationwide travel to client locations.  Three (3) openings available

 Requirements:            Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Telecommunications Engineering or related
